CJMLS does not make any changes to listings that are closed. Picture rights were given from the seller to the Broker/MLS via a Listing Contract. Removing them only prohibits our users for Comps & Appraisals. If the new owner wants pictures removed from a site - contacting the web master of the site directly would be the course to proceed. Data/Pictures are released to 1000's of sites. Removal from our MLS (which is "not public" facing), does not affect the 1000's of sites that have already received the data. Sites do not pull data once closed - therefore the removal from our "not public" facing database will not change public facing sites.
